• 7 days or less prior your arrival date – no refund
• Outside of 7 days of your arrival date – 100% refund less a $25 cancellation fee per room.

Please note, we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy for Covid or viral sickness.
We do not issue refunds for area power outages, city water outages, weather in your area or ours, nature, Wifi outages, park closures or other things that are out of our control.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
We have a self check-in process, there is no office on site.
Check in is any time after 4pm, Check out is by 10am.
